Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click on Sign Up in the top navigation bar. Fill in your account name, password and email address. Once registered you can log in and create your first character.
How do I create a character?
After logging in, go to My Account and click Create Character. Choose a name and gender, then click Create.
How do I download the client?
Go to the Downloads page and download the client for your operating system. Extract it and run the launcher.
What is the server IP and port?
The server IP is hardcoria.net and the port is 7171. Enter these in your client login screen.
Gameplay
What are the server rates?
Experience: 70x stagesx | Skills: 30xx | Magic: 7xx | Loot: 3xx. Check Server Info for more details.
What type of PvP does the server use?
The server runs in RPG/Optional mode. Check Server Information for full details on skull system and PvP rules.
When is the server save?
Server save happens daily at midnight. During this time the server will restart briefly. The countdown is visible in the sidebar.
How do I join or create a guild?
Go to the Guilds page. To create a guild your character must meet the minimum level requirement. To join one, ask a guild leader to invite you.
How do I buy a house?
Houses are purchased through an auction system. Visit the Houses page, find an available house and place a bid. The highest bidder at the end of the auction period wins.
Account & Security
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click Account Lost? on the login form. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a recovery link.
How do I change my password?
Log in and go to My Account, then click Change Password. You will need your current password.
How do I change my email address?
Go to Settings from your account page and update your email address there.
Can I have multiple characters on one account?
Yes! You can have up to 7 characters per account.
How do I delete a character?
Go to My Account, select the character from the dropdown and choose Delete Character. The character must be offline and cannot be a guild leader.
Donations & Shop
How do I donate?
Visit the Donate page and choose a package. Payments are processed securely through MercadoPago.
When do I receive my shop points after donating?
Shop points are credited automatically after your payment is confirmed. This usually takes just a few seconds.
What can I buy with shop points?
Visit the Shop page to see all available items including outfits, mounts, blessings, name changes and more.
Are donations refundable?
Donations are non-refundable. By donating you agree to support the server voluntarily. If you have an issue with your purchase, contact support.
Rules & Support
Where can I read the server rules?
Visit the Rules page. All players are expected to follow the rules or risk being banned.
How do I report a player or bug?
Open a ticket through the Support page or contact a staff member in-game. Please include as much detail as possible.
Who are the staff members?
You can see all online staff members on the Support page. Staff members have special titles in-game.
I found a bug. What should I do?
Please report it through the Support page immediately. Do not abuse bugs — exploiting them may result in a ban.
